Return and refund policy
Renewed Dubai handles Returns and Refunds according to the following rules and regulations.
How long can I return?
You can return the product in 15 days after the tracking page indicates that the order has been delivered to the customer.
If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it, you need to make a return within 15 days after receiving it, you can contact our Customer Care Team via or call directly;

What do you need to state?
- Order number.
- Name of the item.
- Reason of Return.
Our Customer Care Team will review your query and facilitate you in your return process.
Items that are Returnable
– Products that are unopened, unused, and packed in their original packing, including any protective labels
– Faulty items that have been damaged or broken during shipping.
Items that are non-returnable
– Open, used products;
– Any fault with the products discovered after 15 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer (unless in cases of incorrect/damaged/faulty Product).
When and how will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be paid in the following circumstances:
- orders canceled before shipment
- unclaimed or denied on delivery attempt
- any returnable product that meets our refund policy
Your refund will take 7 business days to be completed and will be automatically credited to the original account from which the purchase was made.
Other conditions for Refund
We are responsible for your order till it is delivered.
If the delay renders your purchase ineffective for any reason, we will repay you in accordance with our return policy:
- We accept refund requests prior to delivery without issue if the customer refuses to accept the order.
- We repay our consumers as soon as the return process begins.
- We don’t take responsibility for the items lost because of the customers’ mistakes or if the customer fails to provide tracking.
Claims made later than 15 days will not be accepted.
