Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfils all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfils the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs – Delivery Options
We offer FREE Standard Shipping – UAE shipping on all orders. There is no shipping charges at all.
3. Returns – Shipping Costs
Renewed Dubai will happily accept returns due to any genuine reason including ‘change of mind’ as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition. Upon return request upon said time frame i.e., within 15 days of receipt of the order, Our rider will collect the item(s) from you and there is no shipping charges for returning too. 4. Delivery Terms
Renewed Dubai shall only ships / delivers in the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver outside the UAE.
5. Transit time
Generally, Orders placed before 05 PM – GMT+4 will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Also, it is depend upon the distance from our warehouse to the customer location in the UAE so We are able to offer a more specific estimate at checkout.
6. Change Of Delivery Address
Customer can only requests to change shipping address after placement of an order online and before it is dispatched to the initially provided shipping address. Customer is not allowed to ask our rider to ship the order to any other location than mentioned in the shipping details.
7. What happens if order is delayed?
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard state business hours. In an event either you ordered during non-business hours or during week-end than the shipment cause delays and order shall be delivered on the very next working day and hour, respectively. The customer shall be informed if shipment is delayed for any other reason and we make sure to take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
8. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping rider.
9. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the rider and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present or to any unauthorised person, please contact customer service with next steps.
10. Cancellations
We accept order cancellations for any reason at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
11. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the order value as stated.
12. Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as an investigation conducted and deemed the parcel lost.
