Most screen and battery repairs (iPhone, Samsung, laptop) are completed same-day, often within 1–3 hours. Motherboard-level repairs or parts that need to be ordered can take longer — we’ll tell you the exact timeline in your written quote before any work starts.
Is my data safe during a repair?+
Yes. For hardware repairs like screen or battery replacement, your data is untouched. For SSD upgrades or diagnostics that involve the storage drive, we clone your existing data to the new drive as part of the service, and we never access personal files beyond what’s needed to complete the repair.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?+
The 30-day warranty covers the specific part and labor for the repair performed — for example, if we replace a screen, the warranty covers that screen and its installation against defects. It does not cover new physical damage (drops, liquid) after the repair. Full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do you use genuine or original parts?+
We use genuine parts where available and high-quality, tested compatible parts otherwise. The parts source and grade for your specific repair are stated in your written quote so you know exactly what you’re approving before we start.
Is the diagnostic really free?+
Yes — diagnosing the issue and giving you a written price quote is free and comes with no obligation to proceed. You only pay if you approve the repair.
