Return & Refund Policy

Quick Summary
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted unless the product is covered under warranty (see our Warranty Policy).
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and seals intact.
- Not show signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering caused after delivery.
- Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or sold at clearance pricing.
- Software, digital downloads, or activated licence keys.
- Accessories (cables, cases, screen protectors) that have been opened or used.
- Products with broken seals or removed IMEI/serial-number stickers.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within the 7-day window at support@RenewedDubai.ae or via WhatsApp, including your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 1–2 business days.
- Ship or drop off the item securely to our address as instructed. We recommend insured shipping.
- We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days of receipt.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective out of the box or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange collection, a replacement, or a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
