2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the confirmed price.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• We do not guarantee stock availability; orders are subject to stock confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full to the delivery agent upon receipt.
• Refusal to accept a COD order may result in your account being flagged for future orders.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
• If a package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our full return and refund conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Initiating a return means you accept the conditions stated there.

6. Repair Services

• Repair quotes are estimates; actual costs may differ based on diagnosis.
• We are not liable for data loss during repairs. Back up your device before submission.
• Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after repair completion may be disposed of.
• Our repair warranty covers the specific issue repaired for 30 days; it does not cover new faults or physical damage.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of RenewedDubai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewedDubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
