1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all seven UAE Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. All deliveries are free of charge — there is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Dubai: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation, not order placement. Timelines may be affected by public holidays or courier delays outside our control.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of placement. Orders placed after 5 PM (GST) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details if available.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all UAE Emirates. You pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives — no card or bank transfer required at checkout.
- Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt.
- Refusal to accept a COD order without prior cancellation may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
- If you cannot accept delivery at the scheduled time, please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.
5. Failed Delivery & Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will attempt re-delivery once.
- A second failed delivery attempt may result in your order being returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional delivery charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with courier tracking information where available. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears to have been damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at help@reneweddubai.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
